Herbal Bone Broth

Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, roughly chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped into large chunks
- 3 celery stalks, roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or your oil of choice
- 1 tablespoon ashwagandha root (dried)
- 1 tablespoon astragalus root (dried)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or use dried
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves (fresh or dried)
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 8 cups water
- Salt to taste
